I'm NOT suggesting that you should be happy with a product you did not order. I'm suggesting that it was a mistake in communication/paperwork/invoicing which happens all the time in every business imaginable.
Your example doesn't really apply here: I'm not saying I'd be happy with crappy Pennzoil when I ordered Mobil 1. You fix the order. The other day, Lowes charged me twice for 1 dremel. It was a mistake...no one meant to do that. I had to point it out and it got corrected. It was as simple as that.
But rather be sensible about what most likely happened, the tt.net typical crowd falls apart to mob-mentality, and starts pointing fingers immediately. Oh, and of course someone says, "Go to 300zxclub", which I do and have done since realizing how jerks live on tt.net.
